A dedicated space for undergraduate students to ask about courses, assignments, study planning, midwifery concepts, clinical learning, and academic registration. You do not need to have a “perfect” question before you come.
Adding is subject to the designated registration period and requirements such as available seats, no timetable conflict, appropriate prerequisites, and the approved study plan.
Course deletion is subject to the registration period and minimum study-load requirements. A co-requisite course may need to be dropped together with its linked course.
Under the current undergraduate regulations, a term-based student may withdraw from up to two courses in a term, subject to the stated deadline and other conditions. A “W” is recorded and is not treated as a failing grade.
A student may request withdrawal from a term subject to an acceptable excuse and the regulation’s deadlines and limits. The request is submitted through the electronic process.
Policy information is a student-friendly summary of KSU undergraduate regulations and should not replace the official regulation, academic calendar or Deanship instructions.
